ResumeHero provides resume formatting tools, ATS keyword guidance, career roadmaps, salary estimates, and educational content. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, salary increases, or any specific outcome. Salary figures, demand scores, wealth projections, and ATS scores are illustrative estimates for planning purposes only, and are not financial, legal, or career advice.
Premium is offered on the following terms, charged in advance:

Auto-renewal: recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. Email us and we will process it, no questions asked. Note: some jurisdictions grant statutory cancellation rights that override this.
"Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the ResumeHero service, not the purchaser's lifetime.
Active 12-Month Annual subscribers may upgrade to the Lifetime Pass at any time during their subscription term, including after the Founding Member window described below has closed. This upgrade right is exclusive to the Annual plan and does not apply to the 1-month, 3-month or 6-month terms.
Prorated credit: the unused remainder of your current annual term is credited against the Lifetime Pass price, calculated on whole months elapsed. For example, if you upgrade after 3 months, the 9 unused months are credited. A minimum charge of $19 applies. Upon upgrading, your annual subscription is cancelled and will not renew; your Lifetime access begins immediately and does not expire.
Credits apply only to a Lifetime upgrade and are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or refundable.
The $108 Lifetime Pass is a limited-time launch offer. It may only be purchased during the first 30 days after your account is created. After that 30-day window closes, the Lifetime Pass is permanently withdrawn from your account and cannot be purchased at any price; only the recurring subscription terms above remain available.
If you purchase the Lifetime Pass during the eligible window, your access is permanent and will never be revoked or downgraded when the offer period ends. We reserve the right to modify, extend, or discontinue this promotional offer for new customers at any time.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact chrismatina97@gmail.com first — we will resolve legitimate billing issues directly and usually faster than your bank can.
Access is contingent on payment. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise recalled after access has been granted — including a Lifetime Pass — we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate that access, including any account, license, or lifetime entitlement associated with the reversed payment. Access may be restored once the disputed amount is settled.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge that ResumeHero is a digital service delivered instantly, that access is granted immediately upon payment, and that your account activity (including login and feature-usage records) may be submitted as evidence of delivery and use in response to a payment dispute.
You agree not to: reverse engineer or circumvent access controls or paywalls; scrape or resell our content; upload unlawful or infringing material; or use the outreach and email-pattern tools for spam, harassment, or any purpose violating anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR). You are solely responsible for all messages you send.
You retain all rights to your resume content. Because it is stored in your own browser, you are responsible for backing it up. Clearing browser data permanently deletes it and we cannot recover it.
Certification and course links point to third-party providers (Coursera, edX, and others). Course availability, pricing, and "free audit" terms are controlled by those providers and may change without notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States.
